单相干式中频、高频变压器是根据臭氧发生器设备对中频变压器的特殊要求而设计制造的专用变压器。
Single-phase Dry-type Intermediate Frequency and High-frequency Transformer are the special transformers that designed and manufactured according to the ozone generator equipments ' special requirements to intermediate frequency transformer.

针对变压器所带负载为臭氧发生器的高压放电室属容性负载,为了提高臭氧浓度、减小变压器体积及降低变压器损耗,变压器工作频率为中频、高频,为此变压器应选择超低损耗高硅含量的硅钢片或铁氧体作为变压器的铁心。高压放电室属纯容性负载,使变压器的纵绝缘有别与成熟的工频变压器,铁心的饱和度与线包的绝缘性能决定了变压器能否安全可靠运行的重要因素,所以变压器线包需采用真空浸漆及环氧树脂灌封工艺。
中、高频率所产生的趋肤效应明显,电磁线的电流密度要小,而且要使用专用的高频电磁线,在成熟工频变压器温升计算值下再放40%的容量,才可确保变压器的温升指标。
Because the transformer's load is ozone generator's high voltage discharge cell's capacitive load, and in order to improve the ozone concentration, lessen the transformer's volume and reduce the transformer's losses, meanwhile the transformer's working frequency is intermediate and high frequency, we choose the low loses high silicon content silicon-steel plate or ferrite as the transformer's iron core. Because the high-voltage discharge cell is pure capacitive load, and in order to make the transformer's longitudinal insulation is different from the mature mains frequency transformer, meanwhile the iron core's saturation level and the coils' insulating property decides if the the transformer can operate safely and reliable, we apply the vacuum paint dipping and epoxy resin embedding technology for the transformer's coils.
In order to assure the transformer's temperature rise index, the skin effect that produced by the intermediate and high frequency should be obvious, the electromagnetic wire's current destiny should be tiny, meanwhile, we need to use the specified high-frequency electromagnetic wire and lower 40% capacity under the calculated value of the mature mains frequency transformer's temperature rise.
