一、概述

电化学用整流变压器也叫电化学电解用整流变压器，应用整流变压器最多的是电化学行业。电解有色金属化合物以制取铝、镁、铜及其它金属；电解食盐以制取氯碱；电解水以制取氢和氧。
Electrochemical Rectifier Transformer is also called Electrochemical Electrolysis Rectifier Transformer. For Rectifier Transformer, it is widely used in electrochemical industry. It electrolyses non-ferrous metallic compounds for aluminium,magnesium,copper and other metals, electrolyses table salt for chlor-alkali, electrolyses water for hydrogen and oxygen.
二、这种整流装置具有以下特点

阀侧电压不大于1000V，电流可高达10KA次左右。单台容量从数十到数万千伏安。
1)电解负载是昼夜连续的。
2)阀侧电压调压频繁，这种工作状态主要是为了保持电解槽恒电流工作制和满足分期搞产和电解工艺的要求调压范围通常较大。
Voltage on valve side ≤1000v. Electric current can reach up to about 10KA. Single volume can reach from tens of KVA to tens of thousands of KVA.
1) Electrolytic impregnation is continuous day and night.
2) Voltage on valve side regulates frequently. This working condition is mainly for maintaining electrolyzer work in continuous current and meet the demand of producing by stages, and the requirements of voltage regulation scope for electrolysis is usually large.
