充电机用整流变压器是充电机设备对变压器的特殊要求而设计制造的专用变压器。
Charger Rectifier Transformer is the special transformer that designed and manufactured according to the charger equipments' special requirements for transformers.

主要用于蓄电池直流充电设备。
Charger Rectifier Transformer is mainly used in storage battery's DC charging equipments.

充电机用整流变器具备普通变压器的特性外，还能满足充电机整流的特殊要求，有很好的隔离、屏蔽效果（线包内设置有屏蔽层）。根据不同绝缘等级的变压器，在变压器线包中预埋不同温度等级的温度保险丝，并留有干接点输出，以备系统使用，可时时检测到变压器线包温度，确保变压器在该温度下安全运行。
Besides having the common transformer's features, Charger Rectifier Transformer can still meet the special demand of the charger's rectifying and has very good isolation and shielding effects(there is shielding layer inside the coil). According to the transformers in different class of insulation, we cast different temperature grade's thermal fuse in transformer's coils and leaves dry contact output for system use. So we can constantly detect the transformer's coil temperature to make sure that the transformer can operate safely under this temperature.
